Breakfast
What could be better than a good night's sleep and an extended breakfast - with a view over the gentle hills.
Breakfast is a culinary walk through the countryside around Casale Tre Gelsi. We serve a mix of savory and sweet things. The bread is baked by ourselves and fruit and vegetables come from our or the neighbour's garden. Even salami, ham, cheese, eggs and honey are sourced at the neighboring farms.

Farm to table
We don’t have a restaurant but, on some evenings, we arrange dinner for our guests. Our specialities are not only local, but from our neighbours.
Right at the foot of our hill graze the sheep that provide us with magnificent pecorino. One valley further on, the best buffalo mozzarella in the world is produced. Within walking distance, the wonderful winery Tenuta Tavignano is waiting for you and even our coffee comes from the small roasting house next door.
Wine and cheese are great to taste in the Marche and of course also something fantastic to take home with you.
Restaurants
Over the past six years we have been scouting and trying out the best restaurants in the region for you.
Small trattorias, farmhouses that upon request-only will prepare wonderful original dishes for you, fish restaurants in small romantic bays and also a whole range of Michelin-star-restaurants too - in the Marche you will be spoilt with culinary delights.
We will be happy to recommend the right restaurant for every taste and occasion and make reservations for you.
